Blog Post Title One

“It all begins with an idea. “ This is what my squarespace blog box’s first sentence is. How inspiring. I’m leaving it. Also the title- “Blog Post Title One”- that is also a square space original. Brilliant. I’m leaving it too. Less for me to think about. In fact, I wish that square space, much like CHAT GBT, could write this whole blog for me. Why? Because I could never look at a screen again and be fine. I really love living my country girl life, predominantly surrounded by disabled people and horses, focusing on what is right in front of me, and being in sync with the seasons. It is literally the best, from both a physiological and a psychological standpoint, equine assisted therapy is one of the best things a human being can do. It is ultimately why I started this blog too. As a ‘pracademic’ (slang for being a dual practitioner/graduate student), it’s now part of my “homework” to create a portfolio that showcases my current work and ideas, and my future plans.

As a human psychologist line: I focus on neurodiversity, and specialize in equine assisted activities and therapies. I’m captivated by Evolutionary and Interspecies Psychology.

My professional opinions are that:

  • Nutrition is a principle player in all disorders and diseases AND the American culture is saturated with manipulation and corruption surrounding food. It is such a simple and undeniable truth. Like putting diesel in a diesel engine.

  • screen time, social media, and dependence on technology are some of the key factors significantly contributing to the psychological crisis’ of our time. As a result, I’ve procrastinated doing anything of serious significance with the internet. Until now.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
